Aldo Nicolosi
Co-founder Chief Executive Officer
Aldo Nicolosi, a physicist with over 50 years of experience, has brought his knowledge and expertise to both the industrial and research sectors. After graduating in Physics from the University of Catania and earning a Master's degree in Business Administration, he held key roles in companies such as Montedison, Control Data Italy, Autotrol Technology Italy, Italcad, STET/SIP.
Aldo has been responsible for numerous innovative activities and projects in prominent companies, including Nicotra Sistemi SpA and Austech SpA.
Since 2015, he has been the CEO of Firstech Innovation Srl.
His unique blend of scientific and managerial skills enables him to lead cutting-edge projects in the industrial and research sectors, fostering the growth of SeeSAFE Innovation®.
Fabio Nicastro
CO-Founder Chief Product Officer
As an entrepreneur and technology security expert, he is the owner of Austech Italia. He has held executive positions in ICT and microelectronics companies, including Boston's Computer Sciences Corporation. With a degree in Physics, he boasts over 40 years of experience in developing advanced security solutions, collaborating with state institutions and multinational companies in the sector.
His expertise in creating and implementing advanced security solutions enables him to spearhead the development of innovative products, leveraging AI, facial recognition, and immersive technologies. Moreover, his well-established network in the industry provides strategic opportunities for partnerships and high-level applications in the nautical market and beyond.
Julian Daniel Picone
Partner-Marketing Manager
With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado (2012-2015) and in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics from Trinity University of Texas (2010-2012), Julian currently works at SBE Vision Inc. in Wakefield, Boston area. He actively participates in the technological development of systems, promoting their image and market in the United States.
Rosita Bellocchio

With a wealth of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in various sectors, including large-scale distribution, cybersecurity, contract negotiation, and strategic marketing, Rosita Bellocchio spearheads the commercial strategy of SeeSafe Innovation®, introducing a fresh strategic vision to the field of nautical safety.
In her role, Rosita focuses on commercial development, international relations, and market positioning, all contributing to the growth of SeeSafe. Her exceptional problem-solving skills, operational management, and organizational leadership have made SeeSafe a beacon in the industry.
